The powder coating process involves using a fine powder made up of pigment and resin particles. The powder is electrostatically applied to the surface similar to static electricity, and then baked on by heating and curing in an oven. The end result is an extremely durable and high-quality finish. It is typically more resilient to peeling and scratching than normal paint.
